Q. What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
A. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be no cancellation fee.
However, if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you are subject to a cancellation fee. (Our technicians work on commission and cancellations can potentially reduce their salary. Because of this, we do try to substitute a different call in the technician's schedule but, if we are unable to do that, you are subject to a cancellation fee.)
